What materials are your products made from?


Each of our products are made from varying high-quality materials. Please see the detailed description on each product page for a materials breakdown as well as product care instructions.




Are there any safety risks with your products?


Headbands, bibs and hats fall under the category of head and neck attire, making them potentially dangerous for children if worn incorrectly. Please ensure infants and small children are supervised when wearing/using our products, and do not wear these products while sleeping.




What age range do your products suit and how do I determine correct sizing?


We create accessories for newborns up to approx 3 years. For more information, we offer sizing and age recommendations in the detailed description on each product page. Age recommendations are based on 50th percentile (average) ages for the particular product's size measurements. Please remember, our age recommendations are a guide only and, if possible, it's always best to take measurements before you purchase.




My order hasn’t arrived, what next?


In the first instance, if you have a tracking number for your order please check its progress via the Australia Post website. If your order is non-tracked, or you require further help, please contact us.




Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?


If you want to change your order, please email us with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however we may have already sent it out.
Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, it's yours. For further information, please check our returns and refunds policy here.




What if an item is out of stock?


You will be alerted that we're out when you try to buy it, OR if we run out after you've already placed your order we will apologise profusely and then offer you the option of waiting until it's back in stock, another product or a refund.

Do I get tracking info with my order? Where can I find it?


All of our shipping except for simple, non-tracked is accompanied by a tracking number. This will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
